The Time Has Come (The RCW camera starts filming as we see Melvin Gates sitting in front of a Southern Dynamite banner. Sitting next to Melvin is Alex Crowe, who has a very disinterested look on his face. Melvin smiles at the camera.)Melvin: Good afternoon fans, I'm Melvin Gates and today I am joined by Alex Crowe. Alex, first things first, thanks for agreeing to talk with me this afternoon.(Alex shakes his head.)Alex: The pleasure is all yours Melvin, let's just hurry this along because I've got more important things to do today than get blinded by the lights reflecting off your dome.Melvin: Alright then...(Melvin shifts in his seat, trying to look past the insult that was just hurled right at his face.)Melvin: For the past few months, you have been in this heated rivalry with Nate Sipes, which many people felt would finally come to an end at Hog Heaven: Never Surrender. However, this past week at Southern Dynamite, you got yourself disqualified from the Pure Tournament so now you won't have the opportunity to face Nate and finally put an end to this feud.Alex: That moronic official had no right to disqualify me. I should be the one facing Jonathan Page in the finals, and then I would obviously be the one moving on to Never Surrender, where I would have defeated Sipes and finally become Natural Champion.Melvin: Colt had every right to disqualify you Alex. You knew the rules of the tournament and you blatantly punched Puck right in the face in front of Colt. As the official, he had to follow the rules of the tournament and disqualify you.Alex: Colt is an idiot and Puck has no right to be in the finals. We haven't seen anything from him in weeks and yet he gets to face that joke Page for the shot at Nate and the Natural Title. That is just pathetic.Melvin: Well Alex, you only have yourself to blame for that. If you hadn't of thrown that punch, you could be the one competing in the finals. Instead, you get to face Doug Gavelon in the main event of the next Southern Dynamite. How's it feel knowing you will be facing Doug again?(Alex smirks.)Alex: It feels good Melvin. If I can't be competing in the finals of the Pure Tournament, I couldn't think of a better match than getting my hands on the biggest fool in RCW. Melvin: Biggest fool? Doug is the current Southern Heritage Champion, how can you refer to him as a fool?Alex: Everybody knows Doug got lucky in that cage match, Ase had that belt won and Doug slithered his way to victory. If I leave anything left of him after Southern Dynamite, he won't be retaining that Championship at Hog Heaven: Never Surrender.Melvin: You have faced Doug before and you weren't able to get the victory. What makes you think it will be any different now?Alex: It's simple Melvin, I'm a different competitor now. Doug thinks he knows me and what I am capable of inside that ring, but come Southern Dynamite, he's going to realize he has absolutely no clue just how far I am willing to go in order to defeat him.Melvin: You mentioned Never Surrender, now that you won't be in the Natural title match... do you have any plans for that event?(Alex laughs.)Alex: Of course I do, but just like all those inbred fans out there, you'll have to wait to find out what they are. Right now my focus is on destroying Doug Gavelon, leaving him a broken, defeated shell of a man.Melvin: Well Alex, we are out of time... do you have any last words for Doug?(Crowe turns and focuses on the camera as it zooms in on him.)Alex: Doug, the time has finally come for you to pay for everything you've done to me. All the disrespect, the slaps in the face, everything... you will get what's coming to you at Southern Dynamite. You best get your mind off Ase and Hollywood and focus on this match, because I am going to push you to your breaking point Doug. The time has come for you to fall at my hands. You wanted a warm up match, well I'm going to make you regret those wishes Gavelon.(Cameras focus on Melvin as Crowe gets up and walks away.)Melvin: Thanks for tuning in fans, we'll see you at Southern Dynamite.(Cameras fade to black.)

[In a haze, we once again see how Doug Gavelon became RCW Southern Heritage Champion. We see him fighting off the Phil inside the cage before dropping him with the Burning Hammer. It cuts to Doug making his way over the top of the cage and down to the arena floor; passing the dangling Ase whose leg is caught in the fence. As Doug hits the floor and the crowd roars in approval of the new champ, a loud alarm is heard.]10/9/09 Fayetteville, AR ************* [Doug awakens as he does each day at eight in the morning when his alarm clock robs him of completely recalling his dream come true. Doug rolls over and turns the alarm off before turning over again to look at his beloved Tiffany. She stirs before turning over and locking eyes with her lover; a smile slowly spreads across her face.]Tiffany: Morning, babe.DG: Morning, Tiff. [They embrace and passionately kiss; Doug though taking notice that his body isn't as close to Tiffany's as her belly is noticeably starting to grow. He just runs his hand over it before kissing her belly. He raises his head back up to gaze back into Tiffany's eyes.]Tiffany: So what's on your agenda for the day?DG: Well, I figured I'd cut a quick promo and get in a little workout. Tiffany: That's not too bad.DG: Yeah, even better when I don't even plan on getting out of bed. [Tiffany looks at him in confusion but rolls her eyes once Doug flashes a devilish grin and his intentions are understood.]Tiffany: You know, if I didn't know you any better, I'd say that you're a nymphomaniac.DG: You still may be right. [Tiffany just smiles and rolls her eyes as she buries her head into her pillow. She then looks back up.]Tiffany: Are you sure you want to cut your promo in bed? I mean...[Tiffany's eyes shift down towards the covers. Doug raises them and realize that his current state of dress isn't exactly PG-13. He lowers the covers, reaches under the night stand next to him and pulls up his camcorder. He sets it on top of the night stand as he turns back to Tiffany.]DG: Well, I could just film like this. That way, nobody has to see anything they're not supposed to. Tiffany: But honey, I'm not dressed much either.[Doug just shrugs as he starts to turn on the camera.]DG: You have a top on; you'll be fine. [Tiffany shakes her head as if to say "smart a**" and turns her back to the camera. As Doug lays back against the headboard, only Tiffany's back is visible. Doug composes himself before pressing "Record."]DG: Good morning, everyone. A friendly hello to most of you out there. [Doug motions with his right hand to the rest of the room.]DG: As you can see, I'm resting comfortably in my home... [Doug then takes his arm and gently rubs Tiffany's exposed shoulder a few times before bringing his attention back to the camera and his arm back to his lap.]DG: ..and enjoying the time I can share with the woman I love. Now, I'm sure many of you must be saying "but Doug, why are you still in bed when you have an upcoming match?" The answer's simple: I don't need to waste energy when my opponent is Alex Crowe. Has he shocked us with victories before? Yes he has. Is it possible to get beat "on any given Sunday?" Most certainly. However, I now know what to expect from the said Mr. Crowe and I'm not impressed, at least not anymore. [Doug lets out a sigh before he continues.]DG: You see, Alex, I was a definitive skeptic when you appeared in the ring to issue an apology to Nate. Having an enemy believed long gone pop up and take your Natural Title will do that to a person. So, it didn't surprise me when you showed your true colors. Many people asked on that night "why, Alex, why" when the answer was obvious to me: you've been proven to be a failure in this company; this business; this life. You couldn't stand it, knowing that all you'd done in your life had been for nothing, so you had to take your frustrations out on someone. Blaming my family and I for your perceived lack of respect was you taking out those frustations. Still, you just couldn't get the job done and now, you don't even get a rematch against Nate. No, now you're nothing but a warm-up to me as I prepare for the challenge ahead at Never Surrender. [Doug shifts himself in bed so that his body is turn more towards the camera.]DG: Alex, back when we teamed together, you had my respect. When you fought the good fight while I was away and Nate had to stand alone against the FOE, you had my respect. Even when you ran around in that d*mn stupid disguise, you still had my respect. But now, now all that respect has been thrown out the window; your constant whining, namecalling and backstabbing has caused that. You perceiving us as disrespecting you back when you had been blindsided by the steriod twins and needed a break has caused that to finally come true. Your recent actions have lost you my respect, Alex, and I doubt you'll ever get it back. [Doug just shakes his head "no" before continuing.]DG: Even now, all you can do is complain about how Puck beat you at the last show because you weren't smart enough to keep your fists lowered. You're right about one thing, Alex: Puck hasn't been very active as of late. In fact, it would be down right embarrassing if somone were to lose to him during his downtime. So, tell me, why should I care about someone who lost to this man? Tell me, Alex, why should I care what you have to say anymore if you can't beat someone who was MIA as recently as a few weeks ago? [Doug flashes his devilish smirk.]DG: So, Alex, let me tell you a few things. Will I be out training? You'd better believe I will be. Will I work harder than I ever have before? Without question...but not for you, Alex. It'll be for my title defense at Never Surrender. It can be foolish to overlook an opponent but considering it's you, Alex, it would be foolish of me not to. When I roll into the Boys and Girls Club, I will show why I am the Southern Heritage Champion. I will dump you on your head in the center of that ring and continue down the road to Never Surrender. You messed with a Purist before, Alex, but now you've p*ssed off the only wrestler that matters. Now, you have to deal with the Burning Hammer. Now, Alex, you will meet your end at the hands of Doug Gavelon. [Doug reaches over and turns off the camera; Tiffany responds by turning back over to face Doug. He slouches back down into the covers; embracing her and passionately kissing her lips after he does so. As they again stare at each other, Doug starts to wipe at the mother of his child's cheek.]Tiffany: Are you really taking Alex this lightly?DG: Of course, I am. After how he's performed and acted, he doesn't deserve anybody's respect. I'll show that when I run through him next week. Tiffany: OK, I trust you, babe.DG: You should. [Tiffany takes Doug's hand in hers and runs her lips over his thumb before rubbing it in her hands.]Tiffany: Now, what do you want to do?DG: Get in a workout. [Tiffany just rolls her eyes as she throws her head back onto the pillow behind her; her stare soon returning to Doug.]Tiffany: But Little Ase needs fed.DG: Ah, he can wait. Tiffany: I doubt it. He eats more than you do.[Doug shrugs his shoulders.]DG: So what? I like to eat. If you didn't cook so well, that wouldn't be a problem. [Tiffany laughs before throwing her half of the covers onto Doug as she decides to get up to feed the dog. She puts her right hand to her larger stomach; using her free hand to adjust her tighter-feeling underwear as she makes her way into the kitchen. Doug rests his head on his arms as he looks up to the ceiling; contemplating what a child will mean to him and Tiffany. As he continues to do so, Tiffany walks back into the bedroom; closing the door behind her. She then climbs onto Doug's side of the bed and slowly crawls her way up to face him. She tosses the covers up for a moment so that she can sit on top of Doug. He sits up, throws the covers up over her and they kiss in a loving embrace.]

(The camera begins filming as we see Alex Crowe standing in a parking lot of one of the many casinos in Las Vegas. He has a very serious look on his face as he focuses on the camera.)
Alex: Listen up Champ, you want to just lay in bed and talk about how I'm no threat to you? I'm not a challenge at all and you don't have to take me seriously? Doug, I'm going to make this short and sweet because I've got an offer I doubt you will be able to pass up.
It seems as if you feel that RCW would be better off if I wasn't around, so I'm going to give you the chance to make that very thing happen. At Southern Dynamite, if you pin me in the center of that ring... I'll leave forever.
(Alex continues to focus on the camera with the serious expression on his face.)
Alex: That's right Doug, if you pin me at Southern Dynamite I will be gone from Razorback Championship Wrestling. I will never step foot inside a RCW ring again, and I will never walk through the doors of the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club again. You pin me, and RCW will never ever see Alex Crowe after that.
Here's your chance to be rid of me for good Doug, I'll prove to you that I am a threat because now my very career is on the line. I'm going to break you down on Wednesday night Gavelon, and once I beat you... nobody will take me lightly again. I am a force here in RCW and come Southern Dynamite, I will prove it at your expense.
(Alex turns and walks off as the camera fades out.)

10/11/09 Fayetteville, AR ******************* [Inside the Boys and Girls Club, next to the ring that will contain all the action at the next Southern Dynamite, stands Melvin Gates: RCW's experienced interviewer. He makes small talk with the camera man as he waits for his next subject to arrive. He doesn't have to wait long as Doug Gavelon makes his way through the entrance; the Southern Heritage Title belt in his left hand; Tiffany tugging on his right. The two walk right up to Melvin and the camera man. Melvin and Doug shake hands.]MG: Hey Doug.DG: Hey Mel. [Melvin turns and lightly shakes Tiffany's hand. She smiles at him.]MG: Hi Tiffany.Tiffany: Hi Mel.[Melvin lets go and motions for them towards the ring.]MG: I'm sure you guys have plans so let's get this going, shall we?DG: Sounds good. MG: Would you be going off to train then, Doug?DG: Nope [Doug turns to Tiffany whose smile just grows even more.]Tiffany: I'm taking him to a lamaze class afterwards.MG: So, the rumors are true, huh?[Doug and Tiffany nod their heads in confirmation.]MG: Well, the message board will be blowing up once I report this.[Doug and Tiffany just roll their eyes and shake their heads in disagreement.]DG: Oh Mel, you're just always looking for the next big scoop. MG: Well...I am a reporter.DG: I see. Well then, let's get this taken care of. MG: Okay.[Realizing he may have overstepped his bounds by mentioning that he would report their expectance, Melvin just gathers himself to conduct the interview. Tiffany gives Doug a kiss before moving off to the side; Doug slinging the belt onto his left shoulder. The camera man makes sure the equipment is working before giving the signal to go.]MG: Hello again, RCW fans. Melvin Gates here with another exclusive interview as we continue our drive towards Hog Heaven: Never Surrender. At this time, I am joined by the RCW Southern Heritage Champion Doug Gavelon. Doug, thank you for joining me today.DG: It's my pleasure. MG: I'm sure you won't be the bully that your opponent was in my last interview.[Doug gives a slight smirk.]DG: Well, no offense Mel, but that's what happens when you don't stand up for yourself. MG: No offense taken. Now, we all saw in your last promo just how lightly you take your opponent, Alex Crowe, for Southern Dynamite. Have you had any second thoughts on that stand?[Doug's demeanor returns to serious and shakes his head "no" before continuing.]DG: Not at all. He's proven time and again that he doesn't have the maturity to stand up to a true challenge. Sure, he may be able to get by some of the weaker competitors that present themselves as they've given up on themselves long before Crowe has. However, when Crowe is faced with a challenge that he can't stand up to, he crumbles like any weak foundation that can't handle the stress. MG: In that case, will you accept Crowe's challenge that if you can pin him in the center of the ring at Southern Dynamite that he'll walk away from RCW forever?[Doug thinks for a moment and then shrugs his shoulders.]DG: Do we have a third party to confirm that when he said this, he wasn't just spewing bullsh*t? I mean, this wouldn't be the first time he's lied to someone. There are people out there who can be called "pathological liars" but the way Crowe's done it for the past two years, he's turned it into an art form. Do I trust him enough that I truly believe he'll keep his word this time? Not a chance. [Doug thinks again for a moment; chuckling as he does.]DG: Still, if he means it, if he's truly gotten crazy enough that he's willing to put his career on the line, then we'll see if he can keep his word when I dump him with the Burning Hammer in this ring at Southern Dynamite. [Doug quickly points to the ring directly behind them before turning back to Melvin.]DG: So, Mel, yes is my answer to Crowe's foolish challenge. MG: After this show, what's next for you as far as preparations leading to Hog Heaven?DG: Obviously, I'll be "fine tuning" any kinks I may still have from the cage match through some top notch training. Also, if anyone else feels the need to get in my way before Hog Heaven, I'll run through them as fast as my departed former 7DA compatriot Hardcore Jesus ran through a bottle of Jack Daniels. [Melvin laughs as Doug smiles. Doug quickly composes himself once Melvin continues.]MG: Now, we only have a few minutes left. What's your final thoughts on your match at this Southern Dynamite?[Doug turns his attention to the camera; piercing it with his eyes.]DG: Crowe, you continue to run at the mouth about the injustice; the crimes being committed against you? Trust me, the only real crime is that you're aloud to take up a roster spot. Maybe if you spent more time in the gym and less time standing on a soap box, you wouldn't need to put your career on the line for anyone to take you seriously. So be it. You'll see the inside of a retirement home very soon, Crowe, because once I drop you on your head, your career, according to your flapping mouth, will be over. I hope the fans are psyched for the main event this week because they will see their champion, the Southern Heritage Champion, reign supreme over the weak; the meager; the Illusionist that has dragged us down for so long. At Southern Dynamite, the fans will stand up and cheer as they witness another sound, convincing victory...for Doug Gavelon. [Doug walks off camera as Melvin finishes.]MG: Fans, you can see that match and all of the other great action of RCW right here, in the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club, at Southern Dynamite. Don't miss it![Doug walks over to Tiffany, leans in and kisses her. She wraps herself around his right arm again as they walk out of the arena.]
