Here they are, enjoy! - Southern Dynamite #46Let the discussion of the show begin, my only questions is this: - If you could book SD 47, what matches would you have?

Before I get to #47, let's take a look at #46.
Now, I have some explaining to do. The reason I wrote the Del/Mikey vs. P&S like I did was, well, really, Wendy got me so fired up from thinking she was going to have Delilah break Mikey's legs, it showed me how personal this was. thanks to Adam and AJ for letting me get away with what I got away with.
I feel horrible. I tried and tried to write the Pure Wrestling match. I simply can't do it. I wanted Puck to be kinda heelish in this one, still going with his tweener status. I know we're heel overloaded, but still I thought it'd be fun to have him act like an ass. Big thanks to Adam for saving my ass and finishing that match.
I really liked the main event. It was a bit Monday Night RAWish from the single match starting out, then going to a tag match, but it works really well with the 4 guys involved. Very well done.
As for #47...
Delilah vs. Page one more time, this time throw the Pure wrestling crap out the window and let Wendy have fun.
I saw three new guys or something like that. Put them all in with each other, should be fun.
How about Pyros vs. Nate Sipes???
I don't know, I suck at booking.

What I liked: -Every match was written very well. I'd go with the tourney finals if I'd have to pick a favorite but there was nothing bad as far as matches. -Storylines are still going pretty well. With the newer guys (including mine, lol), I'm hoping more can be made in time for Never Surrender. -The new characters can help add depth to this roster. With some of our guys either on break or MIA, I'm hoping everybody else can/will help pick things up. -RPs picked up this week and it was a definite bonus. It also helped build the suspense as I wasn't sure who would win some of the key matches. Great job everyone!
What I didn't like: -Are there any true faces other than the 7DA and Matt Cook left? lol It's definitely getting to be Heel City here. Then again, I just created a new guy with the intent of him being a super heel, so what am I saying? lol -Still no more Franky Higgs. I know, it's kind of out of the blue but there wasn't a lot that I didn't like here. lol Really, I just miss Nick and am still holding out hope that he'll return someday.
My SD 47 Line-Up: -Vash vs. Kip Reeves - This seems already set up so might as well follow through.
-Creed Michaels vs. random jobber - Needs to start somewhere.
-Matt Cook vs. random jobber #2 - Since he just started this week, I think it'd be a mistake to put him in a competitive match right away. Give him one more build week and then we'll see what he has.
-3 Team Elimination Match: Alpha Storm (Puck/Delilah/Mikey) vs. 7 Day Army (Nate/The New Level) vs. wildcard team (Hollywood/Page/Pain) - With this one, I'm just going a little fantasy crazy. That and I'm having Survivor Series flashbacks since November's coming up. lol I figured that which ever team won could choose the stipulation for whatever match(es) they have at Never Surrender. Did I mention I'd also be willing to write it? I'm sure that would sweeten the deal further. lol
Alright, I'm done.

Some comments:
I never intended the main event to "flow like RAW"... i realized that once Dan mentioned it... oh well, I just wanted to have the "surprise tag match" for Tym and Travis.
Besides Nate, Doug, New Level, Delilah, Mikey, and Pyros... and Cook now... faces are few and far between. but what heels do we have? Hollywood, Ase, Page, Puck (tweener), Creed, Vash (maybe), and P&S (if they ever recover, lol) so when u look at the numbers, we are pretty even actually.
WE need some tag teams to step up to the plate to challenge New Level for the belts... any takers? lol
Here's a question... should Doug, Ase, and Hollywood actually have matches at SD 47 or should we let some of the newer guys have the "spot lights" so to speak?

I think that maybe hold off on them having matches unless it's necessary to fill out the card. We should definitely use SD matches to help develop other storylines/new guys further. Of course, that's just me. I could be wrong.

I miss Franky too...I too hold out hope that one day I see that old RV pulling in the parking lot of the Boys and Girls Club
Great show, with a good showing in the roleplay department...I think that's what gave it the edge...keep up the good work....and it's great to see all the new guys coming into the fold...

I loved this epidsode, even though I had no input, by my own lack of time management, it still gave the main event a HUGE push, though sadly at the expense of Alex Crowe.
All of the matches were superior, and having new faces in the company is a definate good sign, hopefully they'll stick around unlike the last batch of newcomers.
Sorry bout dropping the ball recently- new job is SERIOUSLY killing me, but, I'll try to definately make time to write a seg for 47 if I'm not booked (haven't checked that yet.) And hopefully things'll clear up enough to keep me fully active in RCW.
