WWE has come to terms on the release of NXT first season rookie Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) as of today June 11, 2010. We wish Daniel Bryan the best in all future endeavors.
Here's to WWE starting to drop the ball....

I'm hoping it's all storyline, but one thing is leading me to think that it isn't.
The fact that ONLY Daniel Bryan has been released. If WWE wanted to really build up the NXT rookies as an invading faction then they should have "released" more then just one guy.

if they would have released more of the grad. nxt stars then it would be more obvious it was a "work". this way it seems more realistic due to how bryan was acting and having issues with cole... there is now way they would actually fire any of these guys because this NXT invasion has been the best thing wwe has done in a LONG time and this is just another way to cause more attention to it.
i wouldnt be surprised if we saw him on RAW.

He'd better be on Raw. What bugs me is that not just that it was reported but that all of the boys and the writing staff were told it was real. Now, while it isn't without possibility that Vince is working the boys (as Russo's WCW/TNA has done it all the time), it just seems really dishonest to everyone involved if it does turn out to be a work. It's a great way to really demoralize a locker room when they find out that the boss is lying to them (again, look at WCW and TNA). Still, if it's true and Danielson is gone, that'll benefit the fans most of all. That means he won't have to deal with handcuffing his work, he won't have to job to guys like Khali or Big Show on a weekly basis and best of all, I'll get to see him when my girl and me travel to Philly in September for ROH.

Sorry guys, I'm pretty sure that Danielson is gone...at least for a little while. At first it was rumored that a USA Exec wanted him out, but now it's said that it was someone from Mattel Toys that made the call. It's been said that they have ALOT of pull with WWE. Mattel didn't like the invasion thing, especially the tie choking, and Danielson was WWE's scapegoat.
WWE actually announced that Danielson was free to work on the independent circuit now and that last Wednesday in FCW was his final match with WWE at the moment.
Could just be out a couple to three months. Hopefully it's short term. Just when I started to enjoy WWE again in FOREVER they pull this crap. Damn kids and their toys screwing up my wrestling.

That would be great. Then he can dump on the E and maybe he can choke out Mike Tenay lol. But I would love to see him in TNA.

I've actually enjoyed TNA the last month, but that's cause Hogan has been out with surgery. I do have a few problems with some things. For one, the fact that Desmond Wolfe is jobbing out every week. But just look at the talent they have on the roster. Now with talentless guys like Nasty Boys, Hall & Waltman out, nearly everybody on the roster is awesome in the ring.
Now, I'm not happy that they are letting great talent like Christopher Daniels and Creed go while they are hiring on guys like Tommy Dreamer, but I can deal with it.
As long as Hogan stays out of the ring, and keeps out of every single storyline, I'm cool with it. I kinda wish they'd keep Bischoff, hire Heyman like they are saying, and get rid of Hogan and Russo. I think if Bischoff & Heyman could work through some differences, then they'd be awesome together.

This NXT angle remind anybody else of the nWo? They are just badass, outnumber everybody, are causing havoc all the time, and seem to be just declaring war on RAW as a whole.
It's nice, reminds me of the past without being a blatant ripoff of it.

The newest news on Brian Danielson is that Vince McMahon told him... 1.) That he would be hired back after the election is over, so that means it was Linda's cabinet that threw the fit about the tie choking.
2.) Vince wanted him to work alot of Indy shows while he was away from WWE. He wants the Indy feds to allow him video footage for promotional reasons.
3.) That Vince said he wanted him to be very vocal and to cut tons of promos against WWE and Vince McMahon himself.
4.) This one is the crazy one...that Brian Danielson is allowed to do TNA house shows.
Now onto NXT.....Looks like they are going to be called Nexus. WWE has patented the name already, and Barrett referred to it on Monday. I like these guys even more than the nWo, becase they actually have a purpose behind them rather than the "taking over" thing. Plus, these are 8 completely different personalities making up one group. That's another reason. Slater will play the comic role, Skip will play the muscle, Justin Gabriel will be the pure wrestler, Tarver will be the rebel, and David Otunga and Wade Barrett will be the mouthpieces behind them.
If nothing else, I see Wade Barrett being a big star out of this, and probably WWE champion within' the next year, if not the next few months.

I have to admit that I'm starting to lose faith in this angle each week. Sure, them beating the crap outta Vince was awesome but it just seems too overbooked and too much for an angle that's only 3 weeks old. Also, I agree that Wade and Otunga should be the mouthpieces because is it me or do a lot of the guys' lines each week sound really phony and scripted (sadly Gabriel seems to be the worst of the bunch in that regard)?
As for Danielson, if they do bring him back once the election is over, they d*mn well better put him over strong (finally taking out Miz, smacking the crap outta Cole and making him cry, etc.) because he can't be the "underdog face who loses to everyone in 5 minutes" forever. I do like that the fans are getting behind him even with him gone because I heard some "Daniel Bryan" chants on Raw. In the meantime, I still hope he appears at the ROH TV tapings in September because I want to see him in action again. lol
...and then there's TNA and why I don't think even the guys who have booked for long periods of time even get it anymore. The Hogan/Bischoff/Russo version of TNA does have SOME better matches and SOME better booking but it seems like they're hot shotting a lot of stuff, there's no long term plans and the better guys job all the time to the dinosaurs, cast offs and steroid freaks. I'm so not looking forward to having Abyss face Hogan at Bound for Glory (if they don't hot shot that too) and as much as I appreciate seeing ECW Originals again, I don't see it being anything more than another mismanaged angle that goes nowhere. Unless this big suprise that Dixie's been bragging up the past several weeks is truly Heyman coming in and having power again, I don't see ol' Paul E. appearing in TNA during this ECW angle. Then again, I've been really frustrated with TNA's booking ever since they got rid of Scott D'Amore and brought Russo back in several years ago so maybe I'm just being biased. lol
uh oh...post # 666! IT'S THE OMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
