All,
First off I want to say thank you to those who have stuck it out with me and RCW since Nick has been away.....It means a lot to me that some of you believe in the product that we are putting out.....Please continue to be active and signup and roleplay, because with out that RCW could not be......
Now with that out of the way, let's talk about Hog Heaven #2......As of right now my plans are to have two more SD's (SD#12 and #13) before we have Hog Heaven #2......That would be HH#2 on March 15th.....Now this isn't set in stone yet, that's why I wanted to get your thoughts on it.......Does that time table work with you guys to get some quality matches set up for HH#2......Or do you think we should put it off until the end of March, first of April?........
And also please use this thread as sort of a open discussion about the current state of RCW......What you would suggest to make things better....

My thoughts:
First off, I want to thank you AJ for keeping this place going and taking the majority of the work onto your shoulders since Nick had to take a leave of absence... because yes, we the handlers do make up a good part of this fed, but without your williningness to actually run it... then RCW wouldn't exist either.
With that out of the way, I think two more S.D.'s will be enough AS LONG AS people actually start rping, writing matches, and continuing/start new storylines. We already have a good lead into HH2 with the building fued between Troy/Brock, then the whole Capital/Aes- EF/Mikey deal. I think we need to hear from our World Champion... I don't know if Phil is being inactive "IN-Character" or if he really is MIA. Our World Champ needs to be active, and the belt needs to be defended... somehow at the ppv.
However, if people feel they need more time to build stronger storylines, and work for better matches leading into HH2, then we should take that under heavy consideration. We got some really great talent here right now, we just got to apply ourselves... and to the rest of RCW, trust me, I am "preaching" to myself also here.
RCW could get strong again, probably even stronger than before... we just need to give the effort. Let's get the bio's updated/posted, let's get the site itself updated... because our roster page is out of date.
I'm feeling confident and am looking forward to the upcoming weeks.

Also, I have a question for everybody here... I'm not really diggin' the whole "Charlie Haas" pick base for Adam Troy, so I was wondering what ya'll thought: should I keep Haas or should I switch to someone else, like AJ Styles, or Jericho w/short hair, or someone else?

since this is also to serve as an open/general topic for RCW as a whole, I just came up with this idea... I know a few of us have expressed our lack of interest when it comes to the opening/jobber/squash matches. Now I am all for giving the "newbies" a "freebee" by booking their first match against a jobber, or whatever. However, I think we lack interest because of the jobbers themselves... so I propose this idea:
those that want to help, create one or two jobbers yourself. Post a bio of that jobber either in the jobber section, or the application section. then when "your" jobber gets booked, you can do a short rp for that jobber, so that something gets going rp/storyline wise for that opening match. of course the jobbers will never win... UNLESS the jobber rped, and the person who signed up to rp and got booked against that jobber DOES NOT rp... then have the jobber win.
just as idea.

Even though I am currently not on the active roster I do like the idea of us creating jobbers to RP for. Hell when I ran my own fed I had jobbers that I would toss into random matches, ie: Battle Royals, Guantlet matches, etc. Maybe, just maybe I'll have a couple of them appear here.

Ok I've sat down in front of a calender and thought about SD#12, SD#13, and HH#2......I am going on Vacation March 4th through the 7th.....So that throws a kink in my orginal plans......So here are the modified plans....
SD#12 ----- Febuary 27th
SD#13 ----- March 12th
HH#2 ----- March 23rd
Details on rp deadlines, etc. to follow. Now I need help coming up with a name for HH#2......The first Hog Heaven was named "Natural Selection"......Now Hog Heaven #2 will be on Easter Sunday, so maybe something with a Spring or Easter theme?......Post below your thoughts on the new schedule and help me come up with a name....Once I get some suggestions I'll post a poll so we all can vote....

Hog Heaven: Southern Fever (going off the saying "Spring Fever")
Hog Heaven: Natural Warmth (Spring is the beginning of the "warm" season again)
Just some ideas.... time to get to my matches.
