The scene opens up inside a wrestling ring where The Masked Avenger is sitting on a steel chair. He has his wrestling attire on and his mask tied tight. The cameras close on in on him as he begins to speak.
TMA: Ever since I began wrestling I have been told that I have something to hide. My mask, the item which I honour has been the reason for this. I have joined the RCW to reach the top and I will start on a clean slate. I have nothing to hide.
The Masked Avenger unties his mask until it is loose enough to take off. He stares at the cameras for a short moment and then rips off his mask to expose his face. He closes his eyes, takes a deep breathe and then looks back at the cameras.
TMA: I am no longer a masked avenger. I wrestle under my true self, Jose ‘The Avenger’ Torres. The RCW is my first professional federation and I will begin fresh. Take it all in now RCW, because this is a face that has nothing to hide. It’s a face that you should be hiding from.
With that the cameras switch off and the promo fades to black.
