~{Inside the Fayetteville Boys and Girls Club, a room is currently filled with an RCW camera crew and the well-traveled, very talented interviewer Melvin Gates. The crew and Melvin seem to be waiting for someone as everything is set up and Melvin is all prepared to conduct an interview. He quickly glances at his watch and begins talking to the crew.}~ MG – Anybody know where he might be?Producer – All he said was that he’d meet us here.MG – I hope so but to be honest, this new guy kinda gives me the creeps.Producer – You said it. He just sits in the dark all the time.~{Suddenly, the door opens and in steps one of the newer members of the RCW locker room, H.}~ H – Pardon my absence. I lost track of time during my match preparations.MG – Not a problem. I know you have to step up your game this week with the challenge that Brett Johnson can be.H - ….challenge….right….~{The crew gets in place as Melvin sets up on the right side of H. As the camera begins rolling, the producer has Melvin’s graphic put up on the monitor.}~ MG – Hello RCW fans, I am your humble announcer Melvin Gates and I have an exclusive interview with a new face to RCW who has won his first two contests since debuting. I am talking about this man to my left, H.~{The producer has H’s graphic put on the monitor as the interview continues.}~ H – It’s truly a pleasure, Mr. Gates.MG – Well, thank you…Mr. H?H – Please, just H.MG – Very good. Now, since your debut, people have wondered just what goes on with the man behind the mask.H – That’s why I’m here, Melvin. I’m sure you have questions and I’ll answer them to the best of my abilities.MG – Okay. For starters, why do you just wrestle under a letter?~{Under his mask, H develops a smile across his face.}~ H – I wrestle as “H” as a way to accomplish my goals without certain people knowing who I am. I’m doing this until I can reach my ultimate goal in RCW. Once that has been accomplished, all shall be revealed.MG – And what is your ultimate goal?~{H turns and looks at Melvin with an expression of surprise.}~ H – Mr. Gates, my ultimate goal is the ultimate goal of every wrestler who sets foot in a wrestling ring: to be a champion. To be the best there is in RCW. Once I have accomplished that, you shall see who I truly am.MG – I see. In that case, which title would you wish to challenge for if you had a choice?~{H turns his attention towards the camera but lowers his head and seems to mull it over before answering.}~ H – If I had a choice on which title to chase, I think it would have to be the RCW Natural Championship and its current holder, Doug Gavelon. Ase is without a doubt a great athlete and a deserving champion. However, I believe that the challenge of Jeffrey Hollywood at School of Hard Knocks may prove to be too much for him. Doug Gavelon, on the other hand, has proven to be a fighting champion. He seems to be the man with momentum for now and I would like to see what his momentum would do when faced with me.MG – How about that, ladies and gentlemen? I think that would be a very interesting matchup if we were ever able to see it.H – Maybe sometime in the future, Mr. Gates.MG – Maybe. Now, your high-flying skills in the ring have been, thus far, second to none. Just how did how become so well-versed in the land of aerial assault?H – I have always considered myself a daredevil; someone who was willing to take the risks that others wouldn’t or couldn’t. Over the years, through perseverance and learning experiences, I’ve fully honed my aerial skills, as you all have seen over the last several shows.MG – Let’s move onto your opponent for Southern Dynamite #22, Brett Johnson. He’s coming off an impressive win over Ares. What are your thoughts on Brett Johnson going into this Southern Dynamite?H – I think he is an individual of great size in body but not in mind. He seems like a bully to me. He’s a person who will use his size and strength to win a match and likes to pat himself on the back when this is the case and will fall into despair once someone stands up to him and knocks him off of his pedestal.~{Melvin raises his eyebrows in surprise.}~ MG – Those are certainly some strong words for the Crimson Dragon. What do you feel about him taking on two matches this week?H – I think that, once again, it’ll leave him unfocused, unprepared, unworthy of victory. I’ve seen him talking over dinner with his stablemate, Chris Sinclair. He thinks that by making infantile, bathroom humor towards me that he’ll get over. Those jokes haven’t been funny in ever and are a sad excuse for comment by peons who have nothing really to say to their opponents. They think that this idiotic humor is enough to frustrate and eventually overcome their opponent. Brett, if making jokes is the best you have then you might as well forfeit right now. This humor impresses no one and only shows just how immature and infantile you are. However, if you really do suffer from the things you said you do, I’m sure the loser’s paycheck that you receive will allow you to stock up on all the products that you need.~{Once again, Melvin looks into the camera with a bit of surprise as H looks on with determination.}~ MG – I also believe that he said you have your work cut out for you when you step into the ring with “the big boys.”H – Well, Mr. Gates, whenever I’m finally challenged by one of the “big boys” of RCW, I’ll take that advice to heart. I’d be willing to believe that he’s talking about himself but first he has to beat someone who isn’t a definitive journeyman in RCW or whose comeback hasn’t completely faltered like Ares. Brett, if you’re to be taken seriously, you need to beat a top competitor. You had your chance against Doug Gavelon and you failed. You got your licks in on Isaac Comelightly back in the day but you couldn’t get the job done. You had the chance to become the victor in Aerial Assault but not only did you fall short, you were the first eliminated. You had a chance to end Jeffrey Hollywood’s winning streak but you couldn’t even do that. What makes you think you’ll be anymore successful against me? Have I competed against top competitors yet in RCW? No, but I have the drive needed to be a top competitor in this company and that’s something that you truly don’t have.MG – Certainly, you are confident, H. What do you feel the pace will be in this matchup?~{H lowers his head as he tries to articulate his thoughts.}~ H – I think it depends on who is able to control the match. If Brett is able to ground me, which isn’t easy to do, then the match will be a slower-paced, technical matchup. That’s not to say it won’t be great but it’ll just be more ground-oriented. If I can stay away from Brett’s strength, then it will be very fast, very spectacular as I come at Brett from each and every angle. I’ll be too fast for him and he’ll never know what hit him when I take him out with Ravage. I see it being a very interesting matchup when it comes to athleticism and the RCW fans will be in for a great experience.MG – Sounds great. Now, we just have a little time left. Give us your final thoughts, H.~{H stares directly into the camera with a serious demeanor.}~ H – Brett, someday, you may rise to the challenge and fulfill your destiny. That day may come but it won’t be today and it won’t be at Southern Dynamite. I hope you are prepared for more heartbreak and sorrow because at Southern Dynamite, your night will be filled with those emotions. Remember what I tell you, Brett, and remember the letter H because it signals your doom.~{H gives a final nod to Melvin before walking out the door.}~ MG – The mysterious H with a lot on his mind and with a lot of determination for his match at Southern Dynamite against Brett Johnson. Don’t miss it folks! This has been an exclusive with Melvin Gates. For all the latest news, rumors and scoops, go to the official RCW website because I’m always the man with the scoop. Goodbye, everybody.~{As Melvin signals the close, the producer has his crew shut things down.}~ FADE TO BLACK

The Camera fades in once again to the small gym somewhere in southern Ontario Canada. We see the gym is completely empty but for “The Crimson Dragon” Brett Johnson and his trainer Eddie Osbourne. Both men are sitting on the ring apron.
Eddie: What the hell where you thinking making those stupid jokes and statements with Chris.
Brett: (shaking his head) You know Chris he doesn’t understand what I am trying to do he thinks I am just trying to get a few more wins and make the Canadian Horsemen get over.
Eddie: Well that little stunt just blew away all credibility you had going into this match.
Brett: I know but then again, am I not allowed to have some fun and not. Always be serious all the time. That is one of the things I used to love about the business just having fun. That is what is wrong with all these guys now they forgot what made them become a wrestler. It wasn’t for the money or the fame hell it wasn’t even for a piece of tin on a leather strap it was for the fun and joy you get when you go out in front of those fans and the adrenalin hits and you work your ass off to make them go oh my god that was a great match.
Eddie: Ok I can see you are getting fired up about this. I take it you saw H’s promo
Brett: Yes I did. He seems to think I am a bully I guess he is going from my past here in the RCW and yea back then I was a bully but I have changed from how I was back then.
Eddie: Ok well we need to get to training I have got a match to get to later tonight.
Brett: You facing Alan tonight.
Eddie: Nope Rocky.
Brett: Oh poor him.
Eddie: Why I though I try some of the stuff out on you.
Brett: (shaking his head) I walked into that one
The camera fades to Black as we see Brett and Eddie climb into the ring and lock up.
The Camera fades back in to the outside of the small Gym. The sign above the door reads the Academy. Brett is standing outside along with a RCW camera crew who are setting things up
Camera Man: So how come you never have someone asking you questions
Brett: Don’t know maybe its cause most of the RCW reporters don’t want to make the trek north of the boarder just to get a few minutes of footage from me. Can’t say I blame them and after all we have a crew that lives up here just to get footage of me and Chris so it’s not like you guys are put out.
Camera Man: Yea true. Ok we are ready
The red light on the camera flicks on and the view changes to that of what that camera is seeing. Which is “the Crimson Dragon” Brett Johnson standing in front of his training facility the small gym know as the Academy.
Brett: It seems my opponent this week thinks I am a bully and has no sense of humor. But I will agree the joke was juvenile and was not meant to intimidate you at all it was me just relaxing for once but someone so up tight and intense as you would not understand.
Brett lowers his head for a moment then looks up again at the camera he starts to walk as he begins to talk again
Brett: H you say I am not a top contender in the RCW and yes that is true but neither are you. But unlike you I am not so concerned with becoming a champion cause that means nothing in this business you can be the champ and still be a punk and a nobody if you don’t have the respect of the fans and the guys in the back. And before you go saying you have the fans respect I am not talking about if the fans cheer for you. You can still be the biggest heel and have the respect of the fans cause they know when you are in the ring it is going to be a great match.
Brett stops walking and looks directly into the camera
Brett: So H you have to ask yourself who has the most to gain in this match me or you. Yes if you win your are one step closer to the Championship but win or lose as long as I make you work your ass off for the win and make you bring you’re A, game I will earn that respect from the fans and yes even from you H. Cause win or lose I will shake your hand if you give me your best.
Brett then smiles and reaches into his pocket, he pulls out his sunglasses and put them on.
Brett: As for me having two matches in one night. Obviously you have not been around the business long H I knew you where new here in the RCW but I thought you had some experience. You see when you work for some of the smaller none Televised feds you sometimes wrestle two or three times in a night.
Brett begins to walk again heading towards a 67 ford mustang.
Brett: And if you think about it my other match is a Tag match and my Partner only has that match so I can let him do most of the work and stay fresh for our match. It not like we are facing a top team in the RCW. But either way H I am looking forward to our match.
With that Brett unlocks his car and gets in.
Camera Man: Ok cut. That was great I think it was better than the last one we did.
Brett: Good no if you don’t mind it’s my daughter’s birthday and I would like to get home
The Camera fades to black as Brett drives off.

~{The familiar site of a darkened room with the spotlight shining down on an empty seat opens the scene. Slowly, in walks a man who has become familiar with RCW with two straight victories at Southern Dynamite. This man, known simply as H, sits down in the chair, lowers his head so that the red “H” sewn into his mask is shining brightly thanks to the spotlight. He rests his arms on his knees, makes a fist with his right hand and raps his left hand around it.}~
H – There are many different characters in this business. I don’t mean a competitor walking around with a dinosaur mask on or someone wearing face paint to the ring. I’m talking about the character of the athletes themselves.
~{H takes a deep breath as he continues his promo.}~
H – Some men see our business as just that: a business. An easy way to make money for themselves. These are the men who drag companies down in courtroom matters because they didn’t have the contract that guaranteed them $30 million instead of $25 million. Luckily for all of us, “men” such as these are no longer in RCW or were never here to begin with.
~{H takes a brief moment to run his right hand over the top of his mask.}~
H – Then there are the men who look to professional wrestling as a way to become famous. As a way to stroke their ego in a gigantic way. Sadly, the #1 Contender to our most prestigious title in RCW, Jeffrey Hollywood, is someone like that. While he does appreciate the greatness of being a champion, he seems more worried about getting more and more publicity in the dirt sheets or various magazines or even People.
~{H slowly lowers his head and gives a piercing stare at the camera.}~
H – And then there are people like me: the people who respect this business and this company as the greatest athletic competition on this world. We value being a champion or achieving our goals, not for the egotism, but as a way to show that we are the best in this business. But Brett, you fall into another category: the listless few who endlessly walk through our business looking for a reason of being. People who don’t see themselves as championship material and are just looking to go into the ring every week and “have fun.”
~{H puts his right thumb and index finger, put them on the sides of his nose and slides them down past his mask.}~
H – Brett, I don’t use humor during my preparations for a match because this is no time for hysterics. It’s a time to prepare myself for the challenge to come. The challenge I face is not only to keep my undefeated streak intact but to prove that I’m better than someone who is unwilling to improve in the ring and therefore unwilling to improve his overall career. Relax all you want, Brett, because it’s that relaxed attitude that will be your downfall once we lock horns in that ring.
~{H turns his head to his left and chuckles to himself before turning back to the camera.}~
H – You also described me as uptight and intense. It’s not hard to tell why. It’s not only what I do or what I say but how I say and do it. People see a man sitting alone in a dimly lit room and think that he has some problems but I have no problems…
~{H reaches out with his left hand and turns on the light switch. The whole room becomes illuminated except for the right side of H as there seems to be no lighting on that side.}~
H - …coming into the light. You see, I am one who believes that darkness, destruction and doom can be beautiful but only when used by the forces of light, the champions of nobility, the believers of something honest and decent.
~{H lowers his left arm back onto his knee as he continues.}~
H – I like to believe that I will be one of those champions but to get there, I must start from the bottom and work up to the top. You, Brett, you are at the bottom and must be the first real competitor I must knock off to continue my rise to prosperity in RCW. It’s an obvious fact to us both. And yes, Brett, I am quite experienced in professional wrestling. When I mentioned your other match, I didn’t say that would leave you weakened or winded but rather that your focus would be lacking. Sure, you could have Sinclair wrestle it out for your side but I highly doubt that would fly for long. Sinclair, of course, has a title match coming up and wouldn’t want anything minor, such as Mark Brantley and Nathan Sanders, hindering him physically or mentally during his road to the title. And both of us know, Brett, that right now you’re thinking…
~{H raises his hand and presses his index finger against his right temple.}~
H - …about what will happen to your career if your lack of focus costs you two matches in one night, especially to a duo such as Brantley and Sanders or a brash, upstart such as myself.
~{H lowers his hand again.}~
H – Brett, while I do have a chance of losing my undefeated streak, you have a lot more to lose. Your less than stellar record indicates that no matter what allies or following you may have, that your days in this profession may be numbered. To be a true competitor in professional wrestling, you need to be able to show that you belong and Brett, I just don’t see that when I look at you. Remember what I’ve told you, Brett, because if you don’t…
~{H reaches out again with his left hand and turns off the lights.}~
H - …it’ll be lights out for your career.

The Camera fades in to the outside of the Fayetteville Boys and Girls club. As the camera pans around the parking lot we see the “Crimson Dragon” Brett Johnson walking across the parking lot he gets to the door of the arena and turns and looks right at the camera
Brett: You must be the camera crew AJ told me about.
The camera moves up and down.
Brett: Ok well give me a few minutes and I will see you at ringside.
Brett then enters the Boys and Girls club and the camera fades to black.
The Camera fades back in and we see Brett standing in the ring dressed in his full wrestling gear.
Brett: (Brett looks at the camera and his usual fun loving look is gone in its place is the stare of intense determination) H you seem to think I am something of a fool cause I have fun at doing what I do. It just shows every time you open your mouth that you are nothing but a rookie. If you knew anything about this business and had the chance like I have to talk to some of the legends of this sport they would all tell you that if you are not having fun and enjoying yourself in this business then you should get out. I am talking men like Terry Funk, Steve Corino and Bret Hart to name a few all these men have been champions. So just cause I enjoy my job doesn’t mean I don’t respect this sport cause boy I have more respect for this sport then you ever will.
Brett paces back and forth for a few minutes then turns back to the camera his stare even more intense bordering on anger.
Brett: H you are one of those egotistic rookies who seem to think being a champion is the be all and end all. The way to show you are the best in the business but answer me his then my friend if being the champion of the RCW means you are the best in the business then why are there other champions in other feds. No what the championship means is you are the best on a particular night cause one off night and you are no longer the champ and does that mean your opponent is better than you. HELL NO it just means he caught you on a bad night or hey you are on your game and your opponent wins by cheating you is he better than you. HELL NO he cheated. What I am saying is wake up this business is not all about championships there are a lot of legends in this business who never held a tile at all and people still respect them. That is what I am about I know I don’t need a belt to be a great wrestler. But you my friend are one of those guys who needs to be champion to prove you are great and sadly you probably will not be remberd cause a true champion knows he is great even when he doesn’t have a belt.
Brett walks to the ropes and motions for the camera to come closer.
Brett: H you think my match with you is going to end my career if I lose to you. Then you my friend are in for a big surprise cause you my friend have awaken the dragon and now anything goes. But I will guarantee that at the end of the night H you will shake my hand and you will see what a true Champion is.
With that Brett exits the ring and the camera fades to black.
