How do you guys make lineup card banners (like Southern Dynamite Banners and such) what software is that?

You leave out a bag of Cheetos and a six pack of soda, then ask the Banner Gnomes if they would please make you a pretty computer graphic.
In the morning, the Cheetos are gone, the soda is empty, and there's a little Gnome dude passed out on your couch with black permanent marker all over his face.

No im trying to learn how to make graphics and stuff and i never made any before, I know i can never be the Jeffrey Hollywood/Mike Sensation of banners but i always thought it would be fun to give it a try.

i use paintshop pro 7 for the banners, and micromedia fireworks 4 for the text... good luck finding those programs now though, i've been using them for almost ten years now
