The Beauchamps are seen sitting in there humble abode in Kentucky. Early sits on an old barstool, his dad Cletus is propped up on an upside down paint bucket. Both looking over the card for the first brackets for the tag team tournament at Southern Dynamite.
Early: Daddy, who you think Phil's mystery partner is?
Cletus: Not sure son. Hell, it could be anybody now days. Somebody from the old days with him, or it could be somebody new all together. Hell, it could even be another El Bastardo.
Early: I'm confused about that one.
Cletus: Me too son. I don't even think EBDT even knows who he is right now.
Early: It says here we have to fight the Disciples too. Are them real disciples?
Cletus: No son.
Early: So Hardcore Jeez, that's what Drifter called him, is not the real Jesus.
Cletus: No son. It's what the good book calls false prophits.
Early: Like counterfiet money?
Cletus: Prophits with a "ph" son, not profits with an "f". It means a false person. Just like Hardcore Jesus isn't the real Jesus.
Early: Does he claim to be Jesus?
Cletus: I'm not sure. I think maybe he thinks he's Jesus, or maybe he just thinks that he's the Messiah of Hardcore matches, like the real Jesus was the Messiah of the World. All I know is that Wacko Carl and Extreme Beavis follow him around.
Early: They seem like nice enough fellars. They helped out Doug Gavelon and Nate Sipes. They're nice guys.
Cletus: Nice or not, son, we have to fight them at Southern Dynamite. We have to be focused on beating them to move on to the next round of the tournament. I've dreamed all my life of holding a title, and to tag team with my eldest boy and win those Hog Wild titles would be a dream come true.
Early: Me too, daddy. I since Drifter had to run off for that surgery, it might help me win over Bettie Lee too.
Cletus: I think she'd like seeing you with that big belt around your waist.
Early: Me too.
Cletus: Tomorrow, we'll hook up the plows and till the garden. Spring is almost here, and it'll be a good workout too.
Early: Already?
Cletus: Yep. My favorite time of year.
Early: Can't say it's mine.
Cletus: Your getting soft, son. Becoming one of those city folk. Maybe all that time you spent with Drifter wasn't good for you.
Early: I like Drifter. I want to go visit him sometime now that he's out of the hospital and stuff.
Cletus: Maybe, after the match at Southern Dynamite. Remember, we got to focus on that match and them belts first.
Early: Okay, daddy.

Once again we spot the Family Beauchamp sitting around their palace o' pig in Yocum Creek. Early is just getting off a phone call as Cletus walks into the "living room".
Cletus: Who was that?
Early: Cousin Dewey. He was calling to tell us good luck on our match in the Hog Wild tag title tournament.
Cletus: We've got to get caller i.d.
Early: For marketers?
Cletus: No son, for your cousin Dewey. That way we know when to unplug the phone.
Early: Why, daddy?
Cletus: He's trouble son, and you know it.
Early: But daddy, I like cousin Dewey.
Cletus: He's trouble son. He's always in an out of jail. You remember when he stole the sheriff's patrol car and ran it in that ditch.
Early: He didn't steal it daddy, he was just drunk and thought it was his.
Cletus: That's even worse son. Remember what I told you about drinking and driving?
Early: Get up to 70 and cut off the lights and it's like being on acid?
Cletus: No son, that was your cousin Dewey that told you that. Drinking and driving is something you should never do. It's like this every time he calls. Look, from now on if I aint here, then just don't answer the phone.
Early: But what if it's AJ or Ben Jacobs calling about the wrestling show?
Cletus: They will call back.
Early: What if there's an emergency at the boys and girls club or something?
Cletus: It will be okay, I'll get the message.
Early: Not if we don't answer the phone.
Cletus: Okay, just don't talk to Dewey. And we have to focus now, remember the gold?
Early: I'm focused daddy.
Cletus: Then stay that way. Now, I'm going outside to fire off a few rounds with the shotgun and do some hollerin'. Come and get me if the phone rings.
Early: Okay daddy.

[Coming off any hard-fought contest, a wrestler’s mind can be a jumbled mess. When that same wrestler is preparing for another hard-fought match up, those thoughts must be set aside. The question is: can the Disciples focus on the match at hand or will they be distracted by the previous week’s bloody Steel Cage Warfare? The thoughts of Wacko Carl and Extreme Beavis may betray them. They rest up after a quick training session by sitting outside the Boys and Girls Club. The night grows darker and darker. Hardcore Jesus is busy with their camera while Carl thinks to himself.]
~I can almost taste the Hog Wild Tag Team Tournament. We’re getting closer and closer to it each day. I’m so glad that Jacobs and Supreme let us into this thing. We didn’t exactly show off our best points in the cage match. I mean, me and Beavis were the only two from the Army eliminated. How pathetic is that? I get taken out early and Beavis is left to look like a battered rag doll. This isn’t how either of us wanted to start our careers in RCW, I’m sure. Now, we get a second chance and a great chance, in fact, to show that we’re more than just a couple of faces in the crowd. The Phil is a tough competitor, no doubt; he has to be since he’s the Southern Heritage Champion. Still, I think he’s a bit distracted with everything that’s gone on since he won that title again. He’s had to worry about this new Bastardo and the threat of losing the title again because of it. It’s definitely been affecting his performance in the ring. That outing last week against Eno Redrum was terrible. Plus, I really don’t know who he can get as a partner this quick unless it’s that Japanese manager of his. Joe Higashi, I believe? It’s better than nothing but I don’t remember if he’s wrestled before or not. If he has, it’s been a while and never in RCW. If we were to get a real challenge, it would be from them. The other team, I’m not worried about at all.~
[Wacko Carl crosses his arms and looks over his left shoulder towards his other two teammates. HJ is still trying to get the camera set up just right. Beavis is sitting on the curb; eyes focused on the pavement in front of him.]
~I wonder what he’s thinking about. He’s been fairly quiet since that cage match. I hope he’s ready for this match up because this is a big step for us.~
[Beavis gets to his feet and starts walking around; his hands in his pants pocket and his head still staring at the ground.]
~I can’t believe how easily the Family beat me down in that cage at the last show. I looked like a fool and was beaten like one. Nate and Doug, literally, had to fight them off at one point to keep me safe. I’ve never felt so useless than I did when I first watched that match afterward. Yes, me and Carl took care of Pink Mason but the fact that eliminating a secondary member of the FOE was our highlight says we need something big to overcome such a stigma. There’s only one thing that can accomplish so much: becoming the first ever RCW Tag Team Champions. This first round match up will be crucial to our success. We need a great victory and we have some great competition. The Phil and his mystery partner, obviously, are a problem but he hasn’t been heard from since his match against Eno. It seems like the biggest problem right now is the Beauchamps.~
[Beavis chuckles to himself as he continues his walk.]
~I never thought I’d see the day when the Beauchamps could be considered a great threat. Then again, nobody thought they’d ever see the day when Cletus was a winner and yet he did beat Alex Crowe last year. That’s what makes the patriarch of those “Hills Have Eyes” backward hicks so dangerous: he looks…and smells…like a fool and yet he has the ability on any given night to pull off a major upset. Still, what I lack in size, I can more than make up for in aerial capabilities. I mean, heck, if Havoc can beat this guy than surely I can as well. Then, there’s his son. He’s been more worried about chasing women than winning matches lately. No wonder I don’t even recall his last match. I’m sure it was a loss though as he’s truly his father’s son. The only thing he has on his dad is his youth. He can handle more punishment than his father can at his age. That means we’ll have to beat the hell out of him a bit longer than Cletus. Then again, he’s not exactly a Mensa member so he might enjoy the punishment we dish out on him. No matter because I know that my partner and I will take him out and win this match.~
[Both men, now on their feet and walking around, stop in their tracks and look at each other. Their gaze slowly turns towards HJ who’s finishing setting up the camera. Their thoughts continue to run wild.]
~Those country bumpkins did have a point though: why have we been following this guy? I mean, he’s been a great supporter and friend but it’s also always “his” show. We’re always in the background because we’re “his” Disciples.~
~Does he really think he is who he says he is? We haven’t really talked about it since he cleaned up his act but it’s always been a little peculiar that a guy who claims to be a holy being would be overweight and have a drinking problem. Also, if we weren’t just his disciples, maybe we wouldn’t need a major victory to prove that we’re great athletes.~
~Who knows how far we could’ve gone if we’d stayed as Sweet-n-Sour. We wouldn’t have been as recognized as early as we were but we wouldn’t have been jokes.~
~Maybe we should reconsider this whole thing. I mean, you really have to wonder…~
WC/EB: Do we really need him anymore?
[Carl and Beavis look at each other in amazement. They quickly calm themselves and give a simple nod to each other.]
WC: We’ll talk about this later. Right now, we have a match to win.
EB: You got it.
[They turn back to HJ.]
WC: Is everything set, boss?
HJ: Yeah, just about. I’ll start recording and let the RCW crew edit it afterward.
[HJ sets record and moves over next to the Disciples. They prepare themselves for the promo and events yet to come.]

Early is seen leaving the Beauchamp residence, getting on his bike, he passes his father Cletus on the way out.
Cletus: Where you goin'?
Early: I'm headed into town to the gym.
Early stops his bike before leaving the gravel driveway.
Cletus: You are going to waste hard earned money on some fancy machine and a bicycle that doesn't go anywhere instead of using all that energy for something useful.
Early: It is useful, daddy. I'm going to do some training so that we can win our match in the tournament.
Cletus: There's plowing to be done, holes to be dug, water buckets to be filled and carried.
Early: That's fine and dandy for you, daddy. This is a new age though. I know that the reason you are in such good shape is because you have been working hard all your life, but that just doesn't cut it for guys like me.
Cletus: Guys like you? You're a Beachamp. What do you mean guys like you?
Early: The world is changing since your day, daddy. I'm changing with it. Everyone is saying that we are the underdogs in this match.
Cletus: You liked that cartoon when you were younger.
Early: Underdog was a big reason for the values that I have, but I'm tired of everyone calling me that. I want people to know that when Early Beauchamp gets into the ring against somebody, that they have a chance of losing that match. I beat Willy Franklin twice. You are a hoggie award winner. It's time that people started realising that we are a threat in the ring. Drifter says that I need to change the way I approach things. He says that I need confidence. He says that I need a presence in the ring.
Cletus: Son, I may not have won many of my matches in the ring over the years, but I've always stepped in there and enjoyed myself. I love what I'm doing and I don't care about the outcome. Winning that Hoggie award was great, but my career wasn't based on that.
Early: I know, daddy. You are a hard worker, everyone from AJ Supreme down to Willy Franklin knows that, but I want to take that further. It's important to me to win those tag team titles, and it's not just to impress Bettie Lee. It's to impress all of RCW. Make them stand up and say "wow, that's Early Beauchamp, eldest son of Cletus, and he's a threat to every wrestler everywhere".
Cletus: I'm proud of you for striving to be the best, but your best is all I want.
Early: You'll get it, but I need to do this my own way, and right now the best thing I can think of is to go to the gym and workout with real weights and not water buckets and plows.
Cletus: Okay, son. Enjoy your workout, and if you get bored, the chores will still be here when you get back.
Early: Thanks daddy.
On that Early mounts his bike and begins his six mile ride into town for his workout.

[HJ has just finished setting up the camera and walks over in between the Disciples, Wacko Carl and Extreme Beavis. The Disciples’ demeanor grows serious as HJ gives a half-hearted smile.]
HJ: Hello, everyone. I’m willing to bet that none of you thought you’d be seeing me again any time soon after that hellacious beating I received. Luckily, my pain threshold is such that it’s only a matter of time before I heal. And Havoc, don’t think that I won’t forget about you. I fully plan on enacting my revenge before Doug sends you on your way just like the 7DA did to the rest of your Family. When I get my hands on you, it will be “an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.”
[HJ pauses before his smile fully develops and he puts his arms around each Disciple.]
HJ: But now is not the time for such matters. Now is the time for my Disciples to fulfill their destiny of winning championship gold. So, I give to you the FIRST EVER RCW Hog Wild Tag Team Champions…WACKO CARL AND EXTREME BEAVIS!
[HJ pats them on the shoulder before backing up and giving them center stage. Carl and Beavis look at him and give a thankful nod before they begin.]
WC: Well, with that vote of confidence, how can we lose?
[Both Disciples smile for a few moments. They re-compose themselves and continue.]
WC: All kidding aside, we both realize just what it will take to win this tournament. It will be a hard-fought, uphill battle the entire way. People will overlook us and people will doubt us but at the end, everyone will respect us and call us champions.
[Carl looks over to Beavis who begins.]
EB: I know that everyone will be wondering just how well we’ll do in this tournament considering the fact that we were the only two 7DA members eliminated during Steel Cage Warfare. We realize that people may even doubt if we deserve to be in this tournament. Well, I’m here and Carl is here to tell all of you people that these doubters only make us hungrier for success. You see, we know how we’re perceived after the last show and we’re going to do our d*mnedest to prove that we belong in RCW and that we belong at the top echelon of RCW as its Tag Team Champions.
WC: Of course, we’ll have to build up that respect just like building a house. We need a great foundation and what better foundation could we have than a victory over the RCW Southern Heritage Champion. I’m sure that many people don’t believe we could beat such a person just because of our result in the previous match. It definitely seems that Phil has this aura around him in that everyone thinks he’s unbeatable. Everyone forgets that he wasn’t that way in WpW nor did he stand up against Ase during the last title defense Phil had before he disappeared. In fact, as far as I’m concerned, Phil’s been falling back into old habits since he won the title back. His last match against Eno was a truly pathetic display and we haven’t heard from him since then. Hopefully, he didn’t end up locked inside a Taco Bell cooler again.
[Both Disciples grin into the camera.]
EB: Then again, we haven’t heard from his mystery partner either. Could it be that he’s busy contacting old friends to see if they’d team with him or is it that he’s realized that he’s burned just too many bridges and no one’s coming to help? I can’t answer that question; only Phil can. All I can tell you is that we will make our mark at Southern Dynamite by taking out Phil and his mystery partner if he even has one. They will not be able to stop us no matter how confident they are or how little they think of us. We, the Disciples, will go into that ring and shock the world.
[Carl nods his head in agreement. He pats Beavis on the shoulder a few times before continuing.]
WC: One team that’s been vocal in our match has been the Family Beauchamp. Many people would dismiss them like they would us but we are smart enough to never underestimate our opponents. Cletus proved that last year that even the lowliest of lowlifes can reach the top of the mountain if only for a moment. But judging from their latest promo, it seems that his son has more fire than he does. Cletus, while you’re used to losing, you deserve to show your son more respect than you’ve shown him. Just because you don’t want to be the best doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to be the best.
EB: Exactly right. If you’re in this business and you don’t want to reach the top then, quite frankly, you don’t belong here. Everyone should always be fighting and clawing; trying to make their way to the top and trying to be something better.
[Both men pause for a moment and glance back at HJ. After they do, they return their gaze to the camera.]
EB: So, Early, you have to start thinking that if your father is holding you back from your goals, then maybe it’s time to go off on your own. I know that our compatriot would say “honor thy father” but you still have to do what’s best for you. If you continue to go through life saying “I don’t need to be the best; I’ll just wander through this business” then you will continue to fail. I guess this match will be a great lesson for you because we will show that you can’t defeat us with a weak link like Cletus Beauchamp. Only you can make that decision, Early, but it needs to be the right one. Once we defeat you and your dad at Southern Dynamite, you’ll realize that we’re right. You’ll see that while you love and respect your father, your career is greatly lacking with him always at your side. Our victory will prove our point that you’re not a great talent right now and that you need focus to make your way through this business.
WC: Just like we decided to re-dedicate ourselves, you can as well, Early, and become better than you are. However, by the time you do that, you will have seen your hopes at being Tag Team Champion go down the tubes and witness our ascension to greatness in RCW. We will run roughshod over the other tag teams in this tournament. We will have you all reach out and touch faith.
[Carl and Beavis each hold up an arm into the air, tilt their heads back and close their eyes. Since the promo is being shot by themselves and to be edited later, HJ gets up and turns off the camera himself. Carl and Beavis regain their composure as he does.]
HJ: Great job guys. Now, let’s go home and rest up. You’ve got a big ordeal ahead of you.
[The Disciples look at each other before turning their attention back to HJ.]
WC: You’ve got that right, boss.
