Frustrating... (ALL Read)

Alright, I tried to talk to AJ about this before I made a post but since I haven't heard back from him... here goes anyways.

Anyone who knows me, knows when I feel I have to speak my mind... I do. This is one of those times, I'm really frustrated today when I see that there have only been TWO rps since the rp threads went up a week ago. 7 days and only two rps, one of which was my own.

WTF??!! AJ and I bust our a**** to try and give you guys awesome results each and every show, yet lately it seems the rps have fallen behind. This week I just couldn't hold my tongue anymore.

Phil posted on the time off board that he was gonna be gone, fine we didn't book him... what about the rest of you? No one else posted anything, no one PMed me saying "hey life's been crazy, work's been hard, whatever... i'm trying to get an rp done and just wanted u to know". Cause right now, I get the feeling nobody really cares much right now. I see all of you visiting the boards, but no rps.

I hope the rps start coming because I was really looking forward to this show, we got an awesome card with great matches... yet the rps don't show it.

How are we suppose to get new ppl in here when they look and see nobody has rped in a week?

That's all... I just wanted to let you all know of my frustrations.

I understand your frustrations and I think I even voiced a concern to you, AJ or both about this awhile back. I can not and will not speak for others because their life is theirs and it would be wrong of me to say anything in their place. However, for me all I can say is I normally will post two RPs a show and I try to post as close to the card going up and then a couple of days before the show airs.

My job works a rotating chedule with 4 days on and 2 days off so my days ff rotate and that can get a bit screwy sometime. Not to mention working 12 - 16 hr nights takes it toll as well. Regardless, I will get at least two up per show Anything more than that I think is overkill on my part (made that mistake once before). With that said, I am off Sunday and Monday and will bein the process of moving into my new place. I will get something up more than likely on Monday when the moving has settled down a bit.

Honestly, I've had a busy week. I've been working on the same rp for the past two days when I get time. I just log in so you guys know I'm not flaking out or anything. I'm trying to get this stuff done but it takes time.

I was about to put up an excuse on roleplaying, but I decided to put that energy into a roleplay instead. It's not very long, but then again Early's roleplays are never very long. I hope to have time to do another tomorrow.

Everyone knows the truth when they hear it, none of us could argue with you. Other roleplays are inspiring for sure. The more rps on the board, the more that will pop up. We all needed a pep talk of sorts.

I agree with Ben....The more we roleplay, the better the shows will be, the more people we'll get to join, the bigger and better RCW becomes....We do work hard to give you guys a good show...And we do understand that this is just a hobby.....So thank you for those who have rp'd and for those who have let us know what's up in the away department....like I said we understand, but also want the best for RCW....
