Also, brand new roster page... personally I think it looks really good, feedback would be appreciated. Should I do individual linked roster pages or just link to the bio pages here on the forums?

Looks really good man! The roster page is cool and I think that individual link pages would be the way to go. As someone on the outside looking in, I think people would appreciate the personal touch of a person's stats instead of just a basic link to the boards. Of course, that's just me. I could be wrong.
