Where in the world is the Elite tour bus? Birmingham, Alabama
The scene opens to the Elite tour bus parked in the industrial district in Birmingham, Alabama. Just not far from Sloss Furnace. They are just less than a day away back to Fayette area. The stopover was set for mood purposes and setting.
Drexl, Galen, Annie, and Satin are seen sitting on the step going into the pavilion located under a bridge. The cars can be heard driving on the bridge overhead. Drexl's wearing a pair of jeans, a grey long sleeve shirt, bluejeans, black tennis shoes, and a pair of brown sunglasses. Galen's wearing a white t-shirt, a pair of jeans, a grey leather jacket, and a pair of mirrored sunglasses. His head is covered with a royal blue do-rag. The girls, as usual are dressed as skimpy as they can without getting sick from the cold weather.
Drexl: Here we are...
Galen: ...at the Sloss Furnace.
Drexl: Birmingham....
Galen: Alabama.
Drexl: Now the place is used....
Galen: for entertainment purposes...
Drexl: But years ago, it was a place of...
Galen: ....chaos and disorder.
Drexl: Much like RCW is now.
Galen: Even though it seems that everything....
Drexl: ...is fine.
Galen: Sloss Furnace was a place where many people...
Drexl: ....died.
Galen: Yeah, that's right.....
Drexl: ...died.
Galen: Dead.
Drexl: Caput.
Galen: Worm food.
Drexl: The working conditions here were too much....
Galen: ....for people to handle.
Drexl: Innocent people.
Galen: Good people.
Drexl: People that were just trying to provide food...
Galen: and shelter for their families.
Drexl: Business had to go on....
Galen: .....as usual.
Drexl: Even though people were getting hurt, mamed,....
Galen: ....and killed.
Drexl: Now, RCW won't go as extreme enough as to....
Galen: kill somebody....
Drexl: ....but business will go on, even though people get hurt.
Galen: It'll continue to flourish, regardless of feelings.
Drexl: Feeling from guys like the New Level.
Galen: Saddened by losing their tag team titles...
Drexl: ....at Never Surrender.
The girls, no longer able to fight off the cold with their current choice of clothing return to the bus.
Drexl: Then, AJ Supreme and Ben Jacobs makes the big announcement.
Galen: RCW was picked up by a major.....
Drexl: ...major network. AJ and Ben decided that they needed...
Galen: ...some high quility matches.
Drexl: They needed Climax of th' Night.
Galen: They needed Elite.
Drexl: So they booked us against the....
Galen: ....FORMER....
Drexl: ...tag team champions.
Galen: A nice place for us to show the world one more time....
Drexl: ...our skills. A nice little start for the...
Galen: ...NEW....
Drexl: Razorback Championship Wrestling.
Galen: So after we leave, not only New Level's feelings hurt......
Drexl: ....but their bodies beatin' and broken....
Galen: It will be back to business as usual.
Drexl: Just like it was years ago right here...
Galen: ...at Sloss Furnace.
Drexl: And then, New Level will walk around like the ghost...
Galen: ...at Sloss Furnace.
Drexl: And they'll be hoping that somebody will remember them just like the people who died here.....
Galen: ....at Sloss Furnace.
Drexl: So now, there's only one thing to say to AJ Supreme and Ben Jacobs.
Galen: Good job.
Drexl: Good job.
Galen: You two are continueing our changes to come to RCW.
Drexl: Without even knowing it.
Galen: Good job.
Drexl: Good job.

1/13/10 Fayetteville, AR ************** [While the event known as Hog Heaven: Never Surrender may be a month removed, it’s ramifications will be felt for some time. Particularly the effects of the Hog Wild Tag Team Title match and the loss by the New Level in that match. While they can try to smile or laugh it off, the knowledge that they’re no longer champions rests long and hard on the minds of Wacko Carl and Extreme Beavis. These thoughts follow them all the way to the Boys and Girls Club where they will speak their minds with Bettie Lee Rose. They converse about this as well as other matters as they walk through the parking lot and hallways of the Boys and Girls Club.]WC: So, what do we know about these guys?EB: Well, they lost in that 3 way qualifier but did pick up that big win over Delilah and Mikey.WC: But that was in a Falls Count Anywhere match. That doesn’t indicate any technical prowess to me.EB: Still, man, a win’s a win.WC: Fair enough. Continue.EB: Okay, they’re also love to get in their cheap shots, especially against the most unsuspecting of victims.WC: Like luring a simple redneck onto a bus and having him beat to a pulp?EB: Exactly. Or attacking two teams during a top notch match.WC: In other words, they like to stick their noses in other people’s business.EB: Seems like it. They also like to run their mouths about how they’re going to change RCW; reshape it in their own form.WC: That seems to be the modus operandi for everybody these days, man. Cot’N plans to transform RCW; Creed Michaels wants to destroy everything; E.B. Marcus wants to stick it to his own friends and family; everybody’s got a message or special agenda.EB: Yeah, an agenda to end what we and the rest of the 7DA had built up last year. If you haven’t noticed, High Society already took care of one part of that.WC: Thanks to pulling the tights.EB: Regardless, they have the titles now and we don’t.WC: Just for now. Both you and I know that when we get our rematch that Page and his hired goon won’t get the drop on us again. Those belts will be ours again soon enough.[Beavis smiles as he slaps Carl a high five.]EB: Just make sure not to overlook Cot’N. The last thing we need is these guys providing a roadblock to our rematch.WC: No doubt, man. We’ll smash Galen and Drexl and then we’ll take our belts back. I’m not overlooking them; just being confident. You should be doing the same.EB: I can be cautious and confident at the same time.WC: Well, focus on the latter instead of the former then.[They walk up to the door that reads “Media Room” and step through it. On the other side is the awaiting Bettie Lee Rose and the camera crew.]BLR: Hey fellas, thanks for coming.EB: Glad to be here. Everything set?BLR: It is; we were just waiting on you.WC: Well, let’s get to it then.[Carl stands on the right side of Bettie Lee while Beavis stands on the left. The camera man gives the countdown and turns on the camera as he reaches zero. Bettie Lee’s graphic appears on the screen as he does.][The screen then transitions to Bettie’s smiling face as she begins.]BLR: Hello again, RCW faithful. Bettie Lee Rose here with an exclusive interview with the former RCW Hog Wild Tag Team Champions, the New Level![Carl rolls his eyes and Beavis just shakes his head as she says “former.” Bettie takes notice of this as her smile slightly fades away.]BLR: Carl, Beavis, thank you for joining me today.WC: It’s our pleasure, Bettie.BLR: I couldn’t help but notice your reaction as I introduced you. Just how do you guys feel about the results of Hog Heaven: Never Surrender?[Beavis turns to the camera with an angry, disgusted glare as he speaks.]EB: Honestly, Bettie, we hate it. Not just the way we lost but the fact alone that we lost is terrible. Sure, High Society gained the titles through underhanded measures, their trademark calling card, but the fact that the record books will show that they beat us is just embarrassing.WC: We hate losing, especially when we know we’re better than our opponents, Bettie. We’re better than High Society as well as every other team in RCW but the record books will show that we didn’t act like it at Never Surrender. I’m sure Page and Vauxhall are walking all throughout Britain and bragging up how they finally got some gold around their waists; gaining some revenge over us “evil” Americans. It makes us sick and while we obviously have a different challenge in our near future, we live for the day when we can step back into the ring with High Society and prove that we’re the better team.BLR: Before we do move onto your opponents for the first ever Southern Dynamite on Versus, can you give us any update on your title rematch?WC: Everything’s still in the negotiation stage as we’re looking to not only take our opponents to a new level but the entire RCW as well with this match. Trust me though, Bettie, that when we get everything sorted out, everyone will know ASAP just how things will go down. Of course, as my partner has been pointing out all day, we might have a usurper to our title hopes for this show.[Bettie nods as she thinks back to Galen and Drexl’s latest efforts in RCW.]BLR: That’s certainly one way to put it as Climax of the Night did show at Never Surrender that they can beat some of the best that RCW has to offer when they won a hard fought match over Delilah Ghost and Mikey of Alpha Storm. Does Cot’N and their recent success worry you two at all?[Having wiped away his previous disgusted look, Beavis nods his head before he continues.]EB: It’s certain that Drexl and Galen have big mouths, probably only minor in effort to their love interests, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have some skills. Sure, they beat Alpha Storm in a Falls Count Anywhere setting but any win over competitors like Mikey and Delilah is still something to be proud of.WC: However, I’d say that right now we’re on equal footing with Cot’N. We’ve both proven we can hang with the big boys but we’ve both also come out on the short end when going against High Society. Of course, their loss to High Society was a bit more spectacular in that we were competitive the entire way but that’s just nit-picking at this point.[Carl smiles as Bettie turns to Beavis with a look as if to say “what’s his problem?” Beavis just shrugs as Bettie asks the next question.]BLR: Both Galen and Drexl have been very vocal in their determination to bring about “change” to RCW and how by beating you that they’ll be getting closer to that goal. How do you feel about that?EB: That’s the thing about people like Cot’N these days: they think they have the skill, knowledge or will power to be world beaters; prophets for a new world order, if you will.[Both members of the New Level shake their heads.]WC: Honestly, the only thing that keeps Cot’N different from Creed Michaels and his message for change is that Cot’N doesn’t tie their women up and beat them to a bloody pulp. Besides that, it all sounds like a lot of the same rhetoric; more of two, young up-and-coming athletes looking to make a name for themselves by promising big things to the fans. They got the victory over Alpha Storm but there’s a difference between championship caliber and championship quality and we’ve been the best quality of tag team since we arrived in RCW. Cot’N, you guys may have what it takes to make it up the ladder but you fail to break through the glass ceiling and reach the ultimate goal. That’ll be proven in the beating that we give you at Southern Dynamite.EC: You guys do have a message that you think is important and a national company such as Versus would be a great place to voice it but how will anyone believe you guys when the FORMER champions, as you so graciously pointed out, whip your a**es beyond recognition? Will people believe that you’re the ones to lead RCW into a new era of greatness when you can’t get the big victory that’ll propel you forward in the tag division? I really doubt that.[Carl nods his head in agreement.]BLR: What do you think of your opponents saying that if you lose at this show that you’ll become nothing more than ghosts of the tag team division?[Beavis just smirks at the question.]EC: Ghosts, huh? That’s a new one. Although, we’ve certainly been called many things over the years, haven’t we Carl?[Beavis looks over at his partner who returns his smirk with one of his own. Carl then turns to the camera.]WC: We certainly have. Back in the old place, we were called worthless lackeys. Later on, a couple of jokes. When we got here, we became secondary characters or even whipping boys. As we went through the tag team tournament, we became a feel good story. When we won the belts, we were just called the best. But ghosts? HA! Now that’s an interesting notion. You guys think you’re good enough to knock us down a peg when you fail to realize that far better than you have tried and almost all have failed. You two can think that we’ll be the ghosts who you will bust at Southern Dynamite but we’ll not only beat you but leave you as specters who go bump in the night; scaring little children; talking in that creepy way you guys finish each others’ sentences by saying “come play with us.”[Even Beavis can’t help but laugh at Carl’s reference to “The Shining” but is quick to compose himself.]EB: By saying that we’d be the ghosts of the tag team division, you meant to say that we’d be floating around and looking for continuing acceptance from the fans. In actuality, since you came to RCW, you’ve been the ones who float from one scene to another in search of acceptance. You’re the ones who will tell anyone within 100 feet how you’re going to reshape RCW “for the better” and how you’re the next step in the evolutionary chain of tag teams. We’ll show you the difference between talking tough and being taken to a new level of confidence and power. We’ll take you to such a level, “gentlemen”, and we’ll show that whatever message you guys continue to preach will never be enough to overcome a championship team.WC: Boys, get a good night’s sleep because we’re going to put you to work all night once we step into that ring at Southern Dynamite.[Bettie turns to each of them as she speaks again.]BLR: Thank you gentlemen for joining me today…[Bettie turns her attention back to the camera.]BLR: …and thanks to all of you for tuning in. For the New Level and for RCW, this has been Bettie Lee Rose. We’ll see you all at Southern Dynamite for our first ever broadcast on Versus. Good night, everybody![The camera’s cut and the New Level shakes hands with Bettie.]BLR: Thanks guys, that was great.EB: No problem at all, Bettie. We always enjoy talking to you.[Bettie blushes a little bit as Beavis smiles. Carl just rolls his eyes as he motions for the door to his partner.]WC: If you’ll excuse us, we have to get back to our training.BLR: Certainly. See you guys later and good luck.EB: Thanks!WC: See you later.[The two men exit and Carl glares at Beavis as the door closes behind them. Beavis just looks at him in a confused state.]EB: What?WC: You may be concerned with how seriously I’m taking these two morons but I’m getting concerned with if you’re thinking with your head or your “head” these days.EB: What do you mean?WC: Every time we come here, you make googley eyes with Bettie Lee.[Beavis just shakes his head and starts to walk towards the exit; Carl quickly starts to follow him.]EB: I’m just being polite.WC: Well, just remember what happened to Nate.EB: You mean how he got motivated to be even better than he was before?WC: Shut up.[Carl just pushes on Beavis’s shoulder as they continue their walk through the hallway.]EB: Whatever.WC: So what else is on this Versus channel besides us?EB: Hockey and WEC.WC: Aren’t they also the station that DirecTV dropped?EB: Yeah, because the execs at DirecTV are almost as big of a**holes as Cot’N and High Society combined.WC: So we’re essentially on a network where people carrying the biggest satellite provider can’t see us?EB: Yeah, but the biggest cable provider still does so we’re fine. Besides, we got Comcast so we’ll be able to see ourselves on replay.[Carl shrugs and nods in agreement. They make their way out to their car; Carl as the driver and Beavis as the passenger.]WC: So, where to now?EB: Let’s grab a bite to eat and then hit the weight room to work those calories off afterward.WC: Works for me. Let’s do that then.[Carl starts the car and “We’re Not Gonna Take It” blares on the radio as they drive off from the Boys and Girls Club.]
