Greetings RCW fans and welcome to a special injury report and news updates about the 7 Day Army.
As you all saw at High Stakes, Nate Sipes was repeatedly beaten down by not only Creed Michaels and Hardcore Jesus but his former girlfriend Maya as well! At last check in, Nate was still recovering in the hospital. We hope to update his condition at this week's Southern Dynamite.
Also feeling the sting of the injury bug are the former RCW Hog Wild Tag Team Champions, the New Level. Unbeknownst to anyone, Extreme Beavis had actually torn his ACL in his one-on-one match with Jonathan Page several weeks ago at Southern Dynamite. As is obvious, the brutality of the ladder match at High Stakes caused him to further aggravate the injury and yet he's still willing to compete. In fact, he had this to say:
"Considering what Nate's been through as far as injuries, I think I have a scratch by comparison. Yeah, I'm banged up but I'm not about to let that stop me from climbing back to the top of the ranks in RCW."
Wacko Carl also sustained a minor concussion during the match but is also not expected to miss any ringtime.
The 7DA member who came out the least unscathed, RCW Southern Heritage Champion Doug Gavelon, was unavailable for comment as he's attending to his cousin in the hospital. It's certain that he will have comments about everything going on in his life during the Hoggies edition of Southern Dynamite.
In a related note, it has been reported that during the melee that followed the Natural Title Match at High Stakes, the Natural Title belt itself became misplaced. Now, it's uncertain if it was simply lost in the shuffle or if it was purposely stolen. What is known is that, until we hear more about Nate's condition, RCW is without a champion or a championship belt.
