Bio: A 15 year veteran of professional wrestling, "Fast" Franky Higgs was well known - for playing fast and loose with the rulebook. In his career, he has held titles in 8 different regional Southern promotions. Due to the wear and tear on his body, he called it a career in 2005, when he owned and operated "Fast Franky's Discount RV's." The business went under in May of 2007 under scrutiny from the IRS, and Franky was treading water working indy shows as a manager before being hand-picked by AJ Supreme to be the acting commissioner of RCW, after doing an exceptional job of selling himself.
Personal Notes: Divorced, and currently seeing a woman only known as "Miss Penny." He has lobbied to give her an on-screen role, but to no avail thusfar... still has connections in the RV business, and has been known to rent them out so that staff and RCW jobbers can get from town to town.
