The Parting Glass in Saratoga, NY. RCW Superstar is sitting behind the bar watching old NEW matches with him and Ares taking on The Man They Call GRENDEL and "Stunning" Steve Reeves. Just as GRENDEL nails Ares with a GRENDELbomb, Fuego nails Reeves with The Nine Inch Nail, Fuego's old manager and current business partner, BDC walks in with a dejected Mikey.

EF: Oh good. You guys are back from Chi town. Any luck?

BDC: Gag-a-rabbit no. We looked all over the place and we didn't find hide nor hair of that red head. Poor mute, whined the whole way back to New York.

EF: How does a mute whine?

BDC: Well, he had that sad-ass puppy dog look, kinda like he's got now, all the way home. To me, that's whining.

EF: OK, whatever. My point is This whole Alpha Storm thing went to hell as fast as it got started. The Boys are in Japan with Black, Ares is somewhere in Europe, and Delilah is missing. This screws up my plans of retiring.

BDC: When are the kids coming back?

EF: Who knows? They were supposed to be back for the first S.D., but Pyros called, they won the tag titles of some tiny fed, and they have to defend them or the promoter gives them the chop.

BDC: So that leaves you and the Mute. Lovely. As an added bonus, Mikey faces Pete Hardy at the first S.D. of the new year.

EF: I wouldn't worry too much about Hardy. He hasn't exactly been himself since the old days. All you need is a dog bone or some beef jerky and you got his attention. Apparently the fastest way to a Pitbulls heart is through his stomach.

BDC: I have a better idea. Actually, Mikey does. Show him, kid.

Mikey pulls his Etch-A-Sketch out and on it is a well drawn fire hydrant.

BDC: If this doesn't stop him, I don't know what else we can do.

EF: If that doesn't work, Mikey may have to wrestle.

BDC: We're in trouble.......
