So, as those of you who follow the news and know where I go to college may have realized (read: none of you), the President of my school has resigned under pressure (well, not so much pressure as the fact that the board of visitors refused to renew his contract), and even for a non-activist like me (I'm too complacent), things are incredibly f**k**g crazy. Hopefully they can return to normal by the weekend, but Tym, that's why I didn't send you anything last night and it's why I probably won't be available for any good stretch of time until at least Friday.
I really, really hate invoking the "real life comes first" policy because I always roll my eyes and think "yeah, but can't fedding come second or at least third?", but this is a situation where something truly outrageous is happening and we're all doing our best to, if not remedy, at least express ourselves concerning the situation. It'd be a shame if we did anything less.

I sent in the other two match just now. They're not great, but it's what I could do w/ less than a ½hour to write 2 matches and get a decent amount of sleep.
Just a note to everybody- if you want the best results, and you don't write your own matches, please give as much info in your bios as possible. Writing match for other people's characters is always tricky for me cause I try to think of how I feel when my character is portraited wrong by a match writer, and try my best to use bios and RPs as a guide for how a character acts in the ring. For both dan Djurkovic and TNDS's matches, I didn't even know whether you guys were heels or faces.
Not trying to bust balls or call you guys out, but just a hint that bios are more for match writers than anybody else, and should offer enough info that a match writer can write out a match, and the handler doesn't feel like his character was slighted or misportraited. Is misportriated even a word? All well, who cares? Good night guys!

Just a quick update.....I had to be away from my desk all day yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to get started on the SD......but have no fear as far as I know I'll be at my desk today and tomorrow so I should have the show posted today or tomorrow at the latest....thanks to everyone who helped out with writing there matches and sending in segments.....

IF YOU SIGN up to be in RCW, You should fill out a bio, plain and simple. Espically if you don't write your own match, like my buddy said above me, it's mostly for the match writers... it's funny cause I too wrote the Dan/cletus match and made it pretty odd, just due to having no clue on this dan guy. Also, if you change your character/gimmick it's good to update your bio also.... just helps with match writing. |

It sounds like we want to put sacs on chopping blocks. Fine. I normally write my own matches or atleast have a hand in the match writing process. I can think of twice in my RCW carrer that didn't happen. The first Hog Heaven when I was in the hospital with my heart and then this past SD show. On Monday or Tuesday, I forget which because the days kinda blend together latley, I lost my computer due to some technical issues and I just got it back today. I want to thank Kold for busting his ass doing what he could with what he had. The main event was great, it came out very nicely. Given the choice, I would have sent stuff in plus taking the TNDS match to help out, but once again, sh*t happens, and I'm sorry for it.

yeah Dan, I wasn't singling you out... I figured something happened cause you are usually very active. I was referring more to a general base, not just this SD... but all SDs in general.

Yeah, Dan, I'm not tryin to bust your balls either, this wasn't the first time I've had to write a match in RCW where my opponet's bio consists of his name and his finisher, and not much else, and this is the first time I faced you. The thing that scares me the most about writing matches w/ no info on my opponet is that I'm going to make my opponent look horrible while making my character look great, simply because I don't have enough info to run with the unknown character. Again, I'm not trying to stomp on you or anything, I'm just trying to write the absolute best matches I can and make everybody's characters look good.
