Once again, without changing up the roster.
Like I said in the RAW thread, Smackdown seems to have the opposite problem. In my opinion the only guys that Smackdown has in the main eventer pool are...Triple H, Jeff Hardy, and Big Show.
Not sure why they don't use Big Show that much. He seems to come along as the cocky guy to put other cocky guys in there place. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of a Triple H/Big Show feud.
As for now, I don't see anyone taking the title off of Triple H. Possibly Jeff Hardy, but doubtful. I'm not sure if having Hardy and CM Punk beig the two main champs is a good idea. Hardy is a bit more marketable than Punk for now, but why have to work on two at a time.
I think it would be the perfect time to have Carlito come up as a top heel. I don't know exactly how they are repackaging him, but I didn't think he needed it. He just needed better matches and better storylines to me. His gimmick fit. I used to think Carlito could have been the next Triple H as far as heelwork went...should I dare even say Ric Flair.
Kennedy being out again is killing him. So as much as I like him, I won't say much about him at this time.
The only problem with the Brian Kendrick push is that WWE begins a push that doesn't last long. I see his being the same way. Possibly a U.S. title run, but that's a far as I see it going for him.
The Smackdown writers want to push Shelton Benjamin, but Benjamin doesn't want the responsibity. I like him in the mid card, at least they don't have him jobbing to everyone anymore.
MVP is probably one of the best potentials they have right now. Him moving into main event spots could actually work.
Kenny Dykstra is the man, in my opinion with the most talent on the Smackdown roster, and they have him jobbing to everyone on the roster right now, including Ron Killings. I would give Kenny an old school feel to him, kind of a throwback to the attitude era. You could back him up with guys like Hawkins and Ryder. Young guys coming in to prove they can take over the business. Kenny is one of, if not, the youngest person in WWE. That gives him plenty of time to prove himself.
My overall plan, bump MVP and Carlito up to main eventers, give Kenny, Brian Kendrick, Killings, and Koslov their current spots in upper midcard. When Kennedy comes back, he can go to a main event spot as well.
